How a punch contributes to the score
In this interactive boxing game from Gloview Games, players put on boxing gloves and strike a projected target. EASITECH’s interaction hardware detects the speed of the punch and sends that measurement to the game. The game uses punch speed as an input when judging the hit and awarding points.
On screen, the virtual glove strikes the target and the punch speed appears in meters per second. Players can connect the movement they just made with the reading the game used to assess it.
Virtual bag training and ring action
The virtual bag gives players a fixed target for trying individual punches or combinations. In the ring, they face a virtual opponent and can see the opponent react when a punch lands. Spectators can follow the player’s movements and the result on the projection wall.
A padded surface for venue installations
Venues can add a padded surface to the interactive wall. Players feel the contact as their gloves meet the padding, while the game responds to the punch on screen. This combination gives the attraction a feel closer to real boxing training.
Interactive Boxing is suited to indoor sports centers, family entertainment centers, and interactive sports exhibits. Planning a boxing attraction? Tell EASITECH about your venue and the wall you plan to use.
